When booking (directly via or via third parties such as, we register the following details of our guests in our register:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Date of birth

Upon arrival we are required to request a copy of the proof of identity or NIE number. The police and tax authorities are demanding this. In addition, we register the dates of arrival and departure. We use e-mail and telephone to communicate with guests.

* The register is a file that we keep for the purpose of tax registration and the police. Casa la Naranja never provides personal data to third parties.


Regarding the newsletter, only the e-mail address and specific interest is registered. Unsubscribing is possible at any time.
